I have tried various exercises at different venues, but aerial pilates at The Movement Sanctuary is one of the best ways to get stronger and in shape without feeling exhausted and drained. Where else would you get the opportunity to “play” in a hammock while getting a total workout?

Highly recommended. Robyn is a professional and caring instructor and even though some days seem tough, the overall long term results have been amazing. I also started with aerial hammock about 2 years ago and always being one for a challenge, I have been both ‘scared’ at times but also proud of what I have achieved…….so far.
