‘6 Weeks to Spring’ Training Program

Get your self Spring Ready this Winter by joining our 6 Week Training Program running from the 21 July to the 29th August 2015.

DAYS AND TIMES EVERY WEEK FOR 6 WEEKS:
Tuesdays 9 – 10am
Thursdays 9 – 10am 
Saturdays 9 – 12pm (Precise times to be confirmed)

Our Saturday mornings include a 30 minute Move Class AND a different workshop each week.

THE WORKSHOPS INCLUDE:
*Professional Make up – Update your look for Spring with Karien from KB Artistry

*Nutritional Talk and Q&A – Get your eating habits balanced with Elise Gordon – registered dietician AND get a free 6 week eating plan

*Equipment – Introduction to the Reformer and Chair with Christia Wolner from The Pilates Studio and Robyn Spacey from Love Pilates

*Kettlebell – Check out what those bells are REALLY for with Laura Munro from Glow Pilates

*Acrobalance – Manage feats of balance with your body with The Silk Workshop

*Hula Hoop – Find your inner child while hooping with Sandra from Hoop Flow Love

OUR MOVEMENT CLASSES (LP MOVEMENT MIX) are a mix of Pilates, Primal Movement, Yoga, HIIT and Stretching, getting those bodies moving, strengthening and toning one class at a time. Feel and see the difference in your OWN body within 6 weeks! Just in time for the warmer weather. Remember, Summer bodies are made in Winter!

At the end of the program, each participant will get a Gorgeous Goodie Bag to celebrate YOU and your hard work and commitment over the 6 weeks.

As well as the Gorgeous Goodie Bags, each participant who completes the entire program WITHOUT MISSING A SESSION will win an awesome prize.

*What you need to invest in, apart from yourselves, time and commitment, is a monetary cost of R1200.
*SPACE IS LIMITED to 6 participants so PAYMENT SECURES YOUR SPOT.
*The training program is for woman only (Men, your turn will come next;-))
