‘Newbie November’


We at Love Pilates are passionate about what we do and love to share our passion.

So for this November, every Wednesday morning at 9am we are offering FREE Pilates classes to new clients. The classes will follow a four week schedule taking you through the fundamentals of Pilates, with each week taking you through what you have done before and throwing in some new moves.  This is the perfect opportunity to try something new, to see what all the hype about Pilates is, and to experience it in your own body, which is always the BEST way to see if Pilates works for you.

If you do decide to join in for the month please be able to commit to these 4 classes as you will be able to see the benefit and the changes, yes, even in that short time, and will also create muscle memory from week to week, which allows the body to remember from week to week what you have learnt before as well as to begin the correct firing patterns of particular muscles. So, even though they are free classes we would like you to commit as if you have paid for them:-)

This class will also cater for little people whereby we will have a child minder on hand, a large garden to play in (but if this doesn’t suit they can stay indoors) and some child friendly activities. If you would prefer to keep your child with you, they are most welcome in the studio, we are fine with noise levels – as long as there is no screeching and screaming – but we do not tolerate playing with the equipment in the studio which we do ask you, to let your child know the boundaries within the studio environment before you arrive. They are also very most welcome to exercise with you!
