Strong is the new Skinny


Did you know that in this years buzzword is Yoga? It is the in thing for 2014 and Love Pilates is bringing it to the studio. With our awesome Yoga instructor come and try out something new or even if you have done yoga before, add it to your exercise regime and see some stunning results in balance, strength and proprioception.

The thing about Yoga is that it looks difficult! It looks as though some of those things just cannot be done,defying the laws of gravity. But, the truth of the matter is, with good teaching and instruction almost Anyone can do it.

So, try something New this year, and come and get your Strong on!

(and for someone who has had to work hard to get any sort of balance going, I have managed to do the crow and the tripod -check pictures below -and only done 3 classes in my entire life, I am so going for it, will you?)
